Mantra
Examples are good. Clutter is bad. Accuracy is good. Plagiarism is bad. Quality is important. Cite, then write.
Scope
Those interested in mathematics form an audience perhaps as diverse as the subject itself. Please consider this whenever you contribute this the project, so that the favour may be returned to you in kind.
Mantra
Examples are good. Clutter is bad. Accuracy is good. Plagiarism is bad. Pages are often mathematically heavy, but only in the way physicists like it. Quality is important. Cite, then write.

Subject Classification
Fortunately Library Science has already done some work for us here, and the AMS maintains the Mathematics Subject Classification (MSC) and it seems prudent to work with this model somehow. Subject areas should strive to conform to the MSC classification, though names might vary slightly for reasons of practicality. For example, Linear algebra rather than "Linear and multilinear algebra; matrix theory", since some of the MSC classifications are long and unwieldy. However, any page may be placed in the respective category, e.g., [[:Category:AMS-MSC:26D15]] places in and links to Category:AMS-MSC:26D15. Unfortunately names and codes change, so this isn't going to be an exact science.
